現在はアジア、EU、北米での経験を生かし、独立したコンサルタント／トレーナーとして、企業 や個人が競争力と効果性を高める支援を行っています。
専門分野には、組織変革、リーダーシップ開 発、工場の変革、現地社員の昇進、異文化コミュニケーションが含まれます。資格としては、国際資源開発、組織コンサルティングの修士号、および一橋ICSビジネススクールからの博士号を取得して います。
Over 20 years of experience in Japan facilitating globalization, organizational change, innovation and leadership development. Adam offers a unique approach that empowers participants to apply learning in practice. He has held senior positions at Sanyo Electric, Mercer HR Consulting, and Globis MBA Business School, and supported the globalization of Terumo Corporation. At Amazon, he worked on corporate culture change. Now as an independent consultant/trainer with experience working across Asia, the EU, and North America, Adam is leveraging his strong background to support companies and individuals enhance competitiveness and effectiveness. Areas of expertise include organizational change, leadership development, factory transformation, promoting local employees, and cross-cultural communication. Qualifications include Master's degrees in International Resource Development, and Organizational Consulting, and a PhD from Hitotsubashi ICS Business School.
